Special Offers - ReDesign

There were several challenges with the special offers page that meant we needed to consider a redesign.

Issues:

  • Not enough space for text.

  • Unclear goals from SHOP CTAs.

  • T&Cs were overcrowding.

  • Unclear codes and how to redeem the offers.


    Potential:

  • Consistently 2nd most visited page.

  • 6% of all website visits come here.

  • 31k visits on any average month in 2021.

  • YTD revenue >£1M.

We were after a visually engaging layout with clear branding throughout the page.

This would include:

  • Scrolls, anchors and carousels.

  • Visually engaging layout with structure.

  • Clear branding

  • Sections for different topics, i.e.
    Everyday Offers, Product Hightlights, Newsletter Sign-Up

  • Different fonts to highlight importance.

A simple two-step quiz to educate the Clarins customer on finding the perfect brush for their application and blending methods.
